    This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Bible Buddyy for the use of the Bible Buddyy software ("App"). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

    1. License Grant

    Bible Buddyy grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial spiritual study, subject to these terms.

    2. Restrictions

    • You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
    • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
    • You may not rent, lease, sublicense, or sell the App.
    • You may not remove proprietary notices from the App.
    • You may not use the App to build a competing product.

    3. Ownership

    The App is licensed, not sold. Bible Buddyy retains all right, title, and interest in and to the App, including all intellectual property rights.

    4. User Content

    You retain ownership of the messages you send. By sending content through the App, you grant Bible Buddy a limited license to process it solely to operate and improve the service.

    5. Updates

    Bible Buddyy may issue updates that fix, enhance, or modify functionality. This EULA governs all updates unless a separate agreement accompanies them.

    6. Termination

    This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply. Upon termination, you must stop using the App.
