Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms govern paid plans for Bible Buddyy. They form part of our Terms of Service.

1. Plans and Pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.

• Weekly — $3.99 per week, auto-renewing.
• Monthly — $9.99 per month, auto-renewing.
• Yearly — $77.77 per year, auto-renewing.
• Lifetime — $99.99 one-time payment for ongoing personal access (see §6).

2. Free Plan

Bible Buddyy offers a free plan that includes 3 messages per day at no cost. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time to unlock unlimited conversations and additional features. No free trial is required.

3. Auto-Renewal

Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price for that plan, unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on each renewal.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time except where required by law.

5. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases, including recurring subscriptions and the Lifetime plan. If you are not satisfied with Bible Buddyy, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal date.

Refunds are issued by us directly through our payment processor, Stripe. To request a refund, contact us at biblebuddy444@gmail.com with your account email and the date of purchase, and we will process your refund.

Statutory refund rights (for example under EU/UK consumer law) continue to apply where required and are not limited by this policy. Kiara Miller (operator of Bible Buddyy) honors all applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Lifetime Plan

The Lifetime plan grants ongoing personal access to the App for as long as the App is offered to the public. "Lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the App, not the natural lifetime of the user. Bible Buddyy may discontinue the App or substantially change its features, in which case lifetime access will end. The Lifetime plan is non-transferable and tied to your account.

7. Price Changes

We may change subscription prices. Material changes to recurring plans will be communicated before they take effect, and you may cancel before the new price applies. Lifetime purchases are not affected by future price changes.

8. Taxes

Our payment processor calculates and collects applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST based on your billing location, and remits it to the relevant authorities where required.

9. Payment Processor

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full payment card details.

10. Account Required

Subscriptions are tied to your Bible Buddyy account. Sharing accounts is prohibited. We may suspend access if we detect account sharing or fraudulent activity.
